The Moroccan art & culture exhibition was conceived and organized as a royal courtesy from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi to honour His Majesty the King, Mohammed VI, King of Morocco. The organizers, Ministry of Presidential Affairs (MOPA) together with Viola Communications, as the exclusive communications partner managing the exhibition, designed the event program around three key components of the Moroccan identity, namely culture, art, and cuisine. The exhibition, which took place in Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) was unique in its diversity- reflecting the rich Moroccan culture- and included a museum and a palace to complement the traditional dance, the handcrafts, and the live cookery. Guests were immersed and taken into a uniquely animated environment in an iconic structure inspired by the rich history of the Moroccan architectural evolution.
